Refund Policy

We accept part or complete refund for the item that caused problem due to it is defective, or manufacture carelessness. please feel free to contact us and we will accept return goods. But we can not make a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by our side, and we do not do no reason free returns.

* Please contact our customer service email within 15 days of the receipt of your goods, if there’s any problem with the goods. Please make sure the items are in their original condition, no changes, no washing and free of odour. We cannot process any returned products without contact us and our agreement.

* You are responsible for the return package before it arrives at our warehouse, so please make sure that the package is packed properly and will not get damaged during transportation. Please offer us tracking number after you mail back the package. So that we can track and follow it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
